Tambuwal Calls For Peaceful Elections

The Speaker, House of Representative and the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressive Congress, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, has urged Nigerians to vote peacefully tomorrow by shunning violence.
While urging voters to go out en masse to cast their votes tomorrow, Tambuwal said all supporters of the parties should conduct themselves peacefully and resist any act of deliberate provocations during and after the election.

Speaking with Vanguard in his residence in Sokoto on Friday, Tambuwal commended Nigerians for the way and manner they voted for the candidate of their choice during the Presidential and National assembly elections.

He urged them to do same on Saturday and to make sure they monitor their votes.
While urging the security agencies to work together for the success of the election, he said the peace seen in Sokoto so far has to do with the education and enlightenment carried out by the parties in the state.

“All the parties have campaigned maturely and our supporters told to accept the outcome of the elections. “
