Pilot Die's as Nigerian air force jet crashes in Yola, Adamawa state

An aircraft belonging to the Nigerian Air Force crashed in Yola, the capital of Adamawa state, on Saturday, killing the pilot, according to air force authorities.

The identities of those on board were however yet to be disclosed.

According to a statement released late Saturday night by the spokesperson for the Force, Dele Alonge, the aircraft crashed at about 4:23 p.m. due to bad weather.
