Leonard Nimoy, who played Mr. Spock on “Star Trek,” has died aged 83.
The actor died Friday morning at his home in Bel Air, California after
battling chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Nimoy started playing Mr. Spock when the
TV show debuted in 1966 and continued in the Spock role through most of
the movies including the most recent reboot in 2013. He has also written
poetries, 2 autobiographies and also recorded albums. His last tweet on Feb. 22, reads; "A life is like a garden. Perfect moments can be had, but not preserved, except in memory. LLAP"
