President Muhammadu Buhari has finally sacked the Secretary to the Government of the Federation,

 Babachir Lawal, and the Director General of the National Intelligence Agency, Ayo Oke.
The president has also appointed Mr Boss Mustapha as the new SGF.
Presidential spokesman Femi Adesina announced this on his Twitter handle this afternoon.

President Donald Trump’s embattled health minister was forced to leave the US administration Friday, amid a scandal over his use of costly private jets for government travel.
“Secretary of Health and Human Services Thomas Price offered his resignation earlier today and the President accepted,” White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said in a statement.

BREAKING: Gunmen Abduct Delta Catholic Priest, Demand N10m Ransom

Gunmen have reportedly abducted a Catholic priest in-charge of St. Patricks Catholic Church, Eku in Ethiope East Local Government Area of Delta State, Rev. Fr. Joseph Oghenekevwe Ojakorotu.

Fr Ojakorotu was allegedly abducted along the Sapele-Eku road in Sapele Local Government Area while returning from a journey to Eku on Friday.

Sources also confirmed to our correspondent on Saturday that the abductors have contacted some parishioners demanding N10 million before he could be released.

                   Ahead of today’s Sallah celebration, two explosions have been reported early Friday morning in Damaturu, Yobe State.
The explosions at Phase 1 Eid praying ground was said to have been triggered off by a female suicide bomber.
