The Court of Appeal, Lagos Division Wednesday dismissed an appeal filed by Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria, AMCON, against the ruling delivered by Justice Ibrahim Buba of a Federal High Court in Lagos over an alleged N50 billion debt owed by Bi-Courtney Group.
Justice Buba had in a ruling vacated an order empowering AMCON to take over assets of companies belonging to the Chairman of Bi-Courtney Group, Dr. Wale Babalakin, including Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Terminal 2.
