Lovato, went stark nakedy as she posed in a series of photographs by
Patrick Ecclesine at a Manhattan hotel for Vanity Fair.
Speaking about her daring photoshoot, Lovato said; “If there’s one thing I’ve learned in the past week it’s that life is so short. You have to act upon your instinct and do what makes you happy."
