The pan-northern socio-political organization, Arewa Consultative Forum, ACF, has said that it learnt with total submission to the will of Allah, the death of the Emir of Katsinan Gusau in Zamfara State, HRH Alhaji Muhammadu Kabir Danbaba on Thursday March 5, 2015.
The forum is a condolence message issued by the National Publicity Secretary, Muhammad Ibrahim on Friday in Kaduna, noted that the late Emir, who ruled Gusau from District Head to first class Emir for more than 30 years, devoted his life to the progress of his people in the areas of agriculture, education and socio-economic development of Zamfara State as a whole.
The Forum also observed that the late Emir was known for his promotion of peaceful coexistence of the people irrespective of their religion and where they come from.
According to the ACF spokesman, the Emir would be remembered for his wisdom, tolerance, love for peace and agricultural development within Gusau emirate, adding that “the North has lost one of its Royal fathers.
“ACF commiserates with the Royal family of Katsinan Gusau emirate, the Government and the good people of Zamfara state over the passing on of Sarkin Katsinan Gusau, HRH Alhaji Muhammadu Kabir Danbaba. May Allah grant him eternal peace in Aljannah Firdaus, Amin”.
