A frustrated mother was charged
with assault after she got into a fight with her son. The 69-year-old mother
was charged with assault after she squirted a household cleaning product in her
adult son’s face.
The incident occurred during an argument at the family home in Florida. Jenny Ellis was arrested early Friday morning, after the argument with her 20-year-old son, who suffers from a mental illness, turned physical.

According to police, the mother spat twice in her son's face and sprayed him
with Febreze. Ellis reportedly became enraged when her son called her a
derogatory name.
When interviewed by deputies, Ellis told police that she was “frustrated with the mental health system in Florida,” and that she just wants her son to be gone.
In the police report, the officer wrote that the mother told police: “Just take him out there and make him disappear, shoot him or something.”Ellis was arrested and later released from jail after posting $1,000 bond.
