As per a report by Encomium magazine. On-screen character Kalu Ikeagwu who was abducted by gunmen in front of his home in the Ogba in Lagos around 3:40 yesterday Monday, September 26th, was really arrested by security agents taking after a robbery and crime case.
Kalu who got married in June this year, was grabbed by the police however was later released and returned home at around 8:30 pm.
He told his neighbors that his personal assistant had purchased a stolen phone from Computer Village in Ikeja, and the criminals purportedly killed one of the victims of the robbery.
He told neighbors that the wrongdoing happened in Abuja, and the phone was tracked to Lagos by the security agents who later came for him since his address and name were used amid the purchase.
He had returned in the afternoon to drop his step daughter at home from school and parked his car when he got a call from a security agent who had been sitting tight for him outside his home. When he stepped out of the gate, he was asked whether he was Kalu Ikeagwu, and he affirmed his identity.
He was considerately invited, and when he started contending with them they drew out their guns. Some of his neighbors who had attempted to step in, remained back when they saw the guns. He was carried away in a bus. When they left, his wife was crying. When he returned yesterday evening, he went round neighbors to express gratitude toward them furthermore clarify what had really happened.
