D’Banj In Cold War With Olisa Adibua Over The Truth Interview

                           Agbosblog/Entertainment Express  has it on good authority that a bitter war now exist between D’Banj and host of The Truth, Olisa Adibua. We are told that the reason is due to the latter’s refusal to leave out the sensitive parts out of the viral two-part interview which was recently to the public.
The disappointed singer has now vowed to permanently blacklist the show and have nothing to do with the show anchor, Olisa who also keeps a day job with Beat FM On-Air Personality (OAP).
This may explain why Olisa Adibua did not appear at the recently D’Banj At 10 Anniversary Gig Hosted By Amber Rose and held at Ocean View, Victoria Island, Lagos.

D’Banj and his minders allegedly made desperate efforts to get the producers to leave out some parts of the interview that was capable of damaging his fragile relationship with ex-partner, Don Jazzy.
But all entreaties from the camp of the Kokomaster fell on deaf ears as the producers of The Truth went ahead to release the full interview without any alteration.
Before the release of his interview on The Truth, it was learnt that the singer was already negotiating a working arrangement with the Mavin Records boss to produce his upcoming album.
                     A source in D’Banj’s camp said that the singer decided to work again with Don Jazzy with the hope that the talented producer can rescue his dwindling fortunes.
“That interview is a big set back and it has destroyed several months of labour. D’Banj is finished!,” squealed a source.
Insiders revealed that the singer became very uncomfortable after the tape stopped rolling and immediately began to beg the show host as well as his crew members to leave out sensitive parts of the interview.

“D’Banj wanted the Kanye West part of the interview to be completely left out because of the controversial things he said about Don Jazzy. You could see how edgy and uncomfortable he was on screen. He was practically begging on all fours and called non-stop to have that part done away with completely,” revealed our anonymous source.
The Truth With Olisa Adibua is widely regarded for its hard-hitting questions some of which has embarrassed his celebrity guest. EE learnt that the scenario with D’Banj has played out several times between Olisa and some celebrities who has had to beg him to leave out their blushes.
In one instance, Olisa directed a question to Chocolate City Rapper asking if he has had one-night stands with female celebrities much to the embarrassment of the artiste.
Enquiries put across to both parties involved was still being expected as at the time of filing this report.
