Fuji maestro, King Wasiu Ayinde has led
entertainers of Yoruba stock to queue enmasse behind candidates of the
All Peoples Congress (APC) in a new campaign series that would soon be
seen on TV, Radio and Online. They teamed up to campaign for Buhari as
president and Ambode as governor of Lagos state.
Some of the A-list Yoruba actors involved include Fathia Balogun, Muyiwa Ademola, Sanyeri, Adebayo Tijani and Femi Adebayo amon others.
The thespian family is now divided along political
interests. It would be recalled that Ibinabo Fiberesima led Actors’
Guild of Nigeria has been championing the re-election bid of President
Goodluck Ebele Jonathan. Some of the A-list celebrities in her camp
include Onyeka Onwenu, Kate Henshaw, Joseph Benjamin, Monalisa Chinda,

Nigerians will decide who will be the next President in the general elections scheduled for February 14.
