Rebels claim all weapons withdrawn from Ukraine

           Kiev - Russian-backed rebels in eastern Ukraine on Sunday claimed to have withdrawn all heavy weaponry from the front lines in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, thereby fulfilling one of the key conditions of a peace deal hammered out in Minsk last month.
The Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), charged with monitoring weapons withdrawal on both sides, has not confirmed the move, which comes one day ahead of the 2 March withdrawal deadline agreed in the Belarussian capital.

                      A middle-aged man who narrowly escaped death in the hands of angry teachers for allegedly impregnating a secondary school girl was on Wednesday confirmed to be a Personal Assistant to the Enugu State Governor, Sullivan Chime.
                     The true identity of the man was found in his Kia car impounded by the angry teachers. The car was still lying at the premises of Metropolitan Girls Secondary School located at Ogui New layout Enugu as at the time of this report along with his Voters Card (PVC) and other documents found in the car.

US Sect Leader Arrests In Brazil For Wanted On Sex Charges

      Brazilian authorities said Saturday they arrested a self-professed minister put on a U.S. most-wanted list for allegedly molesting two girls in a "Maidens Group" at his religious fellowship in rural Minnesota.
A statement posted on the website of the Public Security Secretariat for the Rio Grande do Norte state government reported the arrest of Victor Arden Barnard, 53. The U.S. Marshals Service also confirmed the arrest in a statement.
